A couple days ago, Alex was brave enough to pull out his top front tooth that had been so wiggly he could actually twist it around in his mouth. Once the morning came and he looked under his pillow to see what treasure the tooth fairy had left, I knew before it even began what he would think about it. Unlike the last time when she left him 8 shiny quarters and he wanted dollars, this time she left him 2 dollar bills. Do you think he was satisfied with this? No he wasn't, he thinks he should have gotten more. There is no winning, there is no satisfying, there is no compromise, there is no use with him. Stuck in his ways and yet every once in a while he will get excited over getting something. Whats a parent to do, its useless? Love em and hope that one day they will understand.
